Hello, everyone.
I have just installed Parallels in my new Intel mac and now need to
install Windows. I have a full version of Windows XP Professional as
a .zip file on disc 1 of Virtual PC. After extracting the .zip file a
new file with the same name is placed on the desktop but with the
extension .vhd instead. As I right-clicked on this file a menu option
installed by parallels and named "Parallels Mounter" mounted a virtual
[C] disk on the desktop labeled [C] Windows XP Professional. This disk
appears to contain all files related to Windows XP Professional for a
new installation (although I am not sure).
How can I install Windows XP Professional from my Virtual PC disc in
Parallels ?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Joe
