lately, every now and vms go unreponsive by itself, busy wiht what ever, .
host remains responsive and physcial cpu useage is less than 17%, physcal
host ram 57% used out of 8 GB

I only using 2 or 3 vm

what can I do?

thx for replying.
3 or more times causing black screen or the VM consoles and reconnection
attempt on VM`s any RDP session.
. a mix of VMs: w2k Pro, XP, Vista sometimes W7

I thought may be the w2k pro got infected, scanned, cleaned, still problem.
stop using for a day and just use Xp vm in its place adn got rid of adobe
flash player, still problem, the other vm has also been scanned and nothing
found.. all VMs do have security software

by the way the intel CPU is quad q9400 adn VPC 2007 is using hardware
